How long does it take to process my orders?
Orders are proceed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, you'll received a tracking number via email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via Canada Post and may use other carries depending on your locations.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to both Canada and the United States. Please note that US orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Delivery to the US typically takes 7–14 business days after processing.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation.
What if my package is lost or delayed?

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
