1. BEFORE YOU ORDER:
All purchases made on pstvnrg.com are subject to the terms outlined below. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the policy. We encourage you to review your cart carefully before checking out.
2. CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDERS:
If you need to update your shipping address or size before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible at info@pstvnrg.com. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications are not guaranteed once an order has been processed.
3. RETURNS:
How long do I have?
Returns must be requested within 14 days of your delivery date. Anything outside this window will not be accepted.
What condition should the item be in?
Items must be in new, unused condition. This means:
- Unworn and Unwashed
- All original tags still attached
- In the same condition as delivered
If an item shows any signs of wear, washing, or damage, we cannot accept the return.
How do I submit a return?Â
To initiate a return, email us at info@pstvnrg.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item.
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you whether your return has been approved or denied. If approved, further instructions will be provided.
How will I be refunded?
We issue store credit only. No cash refunds or reversal to your original payment method will be issued. Store credit can be used on anything in our store and does not expire.
4. EXCHANGES:
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, submit a return for store credit and use it to place a new order.
5. FINAL SALE:
Certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited under any circumstances, including:
- Limited drops and exclusive releases
- Any item purchased at a discounted or promotional price marked FINAL SALE
These exclusions are final. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
6. PRICING & PROMOTIONS:
Sale prices and promotional discounts apply only at the time of purchase. We do not offer retroactive price adjustments on previous orders.
7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
Received something wrong or damaged? Email info@pstvnrg.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll assess the situation and work toward a resolution.
8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If your package hasn't arrived, report it within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date.
Please note that PSTVNRG is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
