1. PROCESSING TIMES:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:

PSTVNRG currently ships to Canada and the United States only. All orders are fulfilled from Vancouver, BC, Canada.


3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Delivery Time: 6–15 business days
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

🇺🇸 United States

  • Delivery Time: 7–15 business days
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, courier volume, or customs processing.


4. DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS:

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to taxes & duties that are calculated at checkout and paid for by the customer.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.


5. IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. PSTVNRG is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • Delays: Delivery estimates may be impacted by weather, courier capacity, holidays, or customs processing. These are outside of our control.


6. FAILED DELIVERY:

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • We will do our best to coordinate a re-delivery with the courier where possible.
  • If the failed delivery is due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional re-delivery fees charged by the courier are the customer's responsibility.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your package on the estimated delivery date.

7. TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to reflect after shipment.
